How do fresh subscriptions work?
Choose your favourite products, pick a 6 or 12-month plan, and we’ll deliver your favourite products fresh each month.
Can I change my subscription?
Absolutely! Add or remove products, or even pause your subscription – flexibility is our middle name.
What if I don't need a delivery one month?
No worries. You can skip a month or pause your subscription anytime – no stress. But it's worth mentioning that our products are handmade to last you about a month, ensuring you use it up at peak freshness.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! You are in control – cancel anytime with no hidden fees or awkward conversations. Just sign into your LMB account and manage your subscription from there.
What if I move or change my delivery address?
No problem, just update your account. We’ll ensure your fresh skincare finds its way to your new doorstep.
How do I know when I will get my fresh delivery?
Our fresh products are delivered every month on the same date. This is why we accept orders up to 3 weeks before the next delivery date.
